How do I apply for financing?

Do you negotiate?

Depends on the unit of course, but as the authorized agent of the seller (consignor), I have the ability to present qualified offers from you to them. To ensure you find the ideal RV, I invite you to schedule an appointment to view the options you are considering. Once you have made your selection, we will proceed with submitting an offer at that time.

Can I "HOLD" or "RESERVE" one of your RVs 'til I make my decision?

The short answer is, YES!

This is know as a "Deposit" or "First Right of Refusal Agreement"

First Right of Refusal Agreement

This First Right of Refusal Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the Buyer ("Buyer") and Puyallup RV ("Seller") as of the date of the deposit.

1. Purpose: The First Right of Refusal deposit ("Deposit") enables the Buyer to hold the unit of interest ("Unit") for a period of time agreed to by both Puyallup RV and the depositor in order to make an informed decision regarding the purchase of the Unit.

2. Effect of Deposit: Upon receipt of the Deposit, Seller shall remove the Unit from the market, allowing Buyer time to finalize financial arrangements and other considerations.

3. Refundability: a. The Deposit shall remain refundable under the following conditions: i. Until the Buyer has made a final commitment to purchase the Unit; or ii. Until the Seller has contacted the Buyer to make a final decision regarding the purchase. b. The Deposit shall become non-refundable if: i. Another potential buyer commits in full to purchase the Unit without any contingencies and the Buyer elects to maintain the hold on the Unit.

4. Commitment Request: Seller shall inform the Buyer if another buyer has made a full commitment to purchase the Unit. At that time, Buyer must either finalize the purchase or forfeit the Deposit.

5. Protection and Security: This Agreement protects the sale for the Seller and secures the Unit in the Buyer's name upon commitment.

6. Acknowledgment: The Buyer acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
