1️⃣ Choose Your RV

Browse the inventory and find the RV that fits your lifestyle, budget, and travel goals. Whether you're chasing sunsets or planning family getaways, I’ll help you find the perfect match.

2️⃣ Finalize the Deal

Once you've selected your RV, I’ll work with you to finalize the purchase agreement. This includes negotiating terms and confirming all details with every party involved.

3️⃣ Financing or Cash Payment

Need financing? I’ll guide you through:

• Loan approval
• Funding
• Meeting any lender requirements

Paying with cash? We accept:

• U.S. currency
• Cashier’s or certified checks (verified within 10 days)
• Wire transfers (verified within 36–48 hours)

4️⃣ Paperwork & Documentation

We’ll handle all the required paperwork, including:

• State and federal forms
• Lending documents (if applicable)

5️⃣ Pre-Delivery Inspection

Before you take the keys, a qualified technician will inspect your RV. Depending on repairs or parts needed, this may take 24 hours to 15 business days.

Opting for a “Gas and Go”? You’ll sign a hold-harmless agreement, and we’ll perform a minimum 24-hour safety check to ensure:

• LP system is leak-free and pressurized
• Fire extinguisher(s), smoke/CO2 detectors, and lights are fully functional

6️⃣ Final Walk-Through

At delivery, both buyer and seller will walk through the RV together to confirm everything is in order and ready for adventure.

I can negotiate, yes — the amount always depends on the specific RV. 

As the authorized agent for the seller, my role is to present any qualified offer you’d like to make and advocate on your behalf.

To make sure you’re choosing the right RV, I encourage you to schedule a time to come in and look at the options you’re considering. Once you’ve found the one that feels like the right fit, we can put together an offer and present it to the seller at that point.

 The short answer is, YES!

• This is know as a "Deposit" or "First Right of Refusal Agreement"

This First Right of Refusal Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the Buyer and Depositor ("Buyer/Depositor") and Puyallup RV ("Seller") as of the date of the deposit.

1. Purpose: The First Right of Refusal deposit ("Deposit") enables the Buyer/Depositor to hold or reserve (“hold/reserve”) the unit of interest ("Unit") for a period of time agreed to by both Puyallup RV and the Buyer/Depositor in order to satisfy a contingency, made by the Buyer/Depositor, regarding the purchase of the Unit.

2. Effect of Deposit: Upon receipt of the Deposit, Seller shall remove the Unit from the market, allowing Buyer/Depositor time to finalize financial arrangements or other contingencies.

3. Refundability: The Deposit shall remain refundable under the following conditions: until the Buyer/Depositor has made a final commitment to purchasing the Unit via a mutually signed Purchase and Sale Agreement; or until the Seller has made a Commitment Request. The Deposit shall become non-refundable if another potential Buyer/Depositor commits in full to purchase the Unit without any contingencies, and the current Buyer/Depositor elects to maintain the hold/reservation on the Unit. The Deposit will also be non-refundable if the Deposit for the Hold/Reservation date has expired without communication from the current Buyer/Depositor’s intention to cancel the purchase of the Unit. Additionally, the Seller may decide, at their discretion, to withhold any portion of the Deposit deemed necessary if resources have been spent preparing the Unit for delivery/possession to the originating Buyer/Depositor listed in this agreement.

4. Commitment Request: Seller shall inform the Buyer/Depositor if another Buyer/Depositor has made full commitment to purchase the Unit without contingencies. At that time, the current Buyer/Depositor must either finalize the purchase (making the deposit Non-Refundable) or elect to forfeit the hold/reservation of the Unit, making it marketable again.

5. Protection and Security: This Agreement secures the sale for the Seller and secures the Unit in the Buyer/Depositor's name upon commitment.
